Return Policy
Though we hope that you are extremely satisfied with our products, we understand that damages can occur during packaging and shipping. We only accept returns of products that are damaged during transit or defects in craftmanship or material. Please contact us at contact@shalstreasurez.com for approval prior to returning the product. For a return to be approved we require proof of damage which includes pictures or videos of damaged packaging and product, with specific details about the damage. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only unused products, in the original packing, will be accepted for returns within 7 days of product delivery.
Return Shipping
Sender (you) will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return product so please make sure you get a tracking number when you are shipping the product. This is especially helpful if you are shipping a product over $50.
Refund Process
Any returned product must be in its original condition. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow 14 days after we have received the returned product for this refund process.
No Exchange Policy
We do not accept returned products for an exchange to a different product.
