Do you offer a return policy?
We only accept returns of products that are damaged during transit or defects in craftmanship or material. Please contact us at contact@shalstreasurez.com for approval prior to returning the product. For a return to be approved we require proof of damage which includes pictures or videos of damaged packaging and product, with specific details about the damage. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only unused products, in the original packing, will be accepted for returns within 7 days of product delivery.
